Full 720 square feet (net usable) apartment with balcony, overlooking Central and the Victoria Harbour for rent, just across the street from Austin MTR Station and 5-10 minutes walk from Kowloon Park, Jordan Station, Jade Market, Night Market, Kowloon Station and Elements. At the crossing Jordan Road with Canton Road ... Man Wui Street.

The decoration is modern style, newly renovated 4 years ago ... have a look at the pictures in case you have any doubt. You will have to walk up 2 floor from the 16th floor till the top floor (18th).

The calendar will be updated -at least- weekly

Questions welcome.

Please note the following:

- Master bedroom can accomodate a couple, second bedroom has a large bed too but all small fit
- The balcony is separated from the living room with sliding doors so they can open and create an entirely open view over Central/Victoria Harbour
- There are construction works going on next to Austin Station
- One bed is a pull-out (second bedroom)

Everything was perfect! Kurt's guestbook was a huge help. We didn't get lost (except for the part in the subway walkway where everything almost look pretty much the same) on our way to the apartment. The place is clean, the A/C units are all working, plus the rain shower head is a nice touch.

Avenue of the Stars, Jordan Road, Nathan Road, and Canton Road are accessible by foot, bus, or subway. There are several convenience stores and money changers nearby. Lots of restaurants too but we highly recommend eating at "DimDimsum Dimsum Specialty Store" which is just around the corner of the building.
