The studio units both have its own toilet & bath with hot/cold shower. 20? color TV, 7-cu. ft. refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen wares are also available. Towels and linens provided. Both units have cable TV and DSL internet connection. Unlimited call to the US and Canada using Magic Jack, a VOIP technology.
The condo has been turned over last April 2008, clean, maintained and safe with 24-hour security besides being guarded by the Presidential Security Guards (PSG). Walking distance to San Miguel, St. Jude and San Sebastian Churches.
From the condo, a 5 minute drive brings you to Manila City Hall, Lawton, Quiapo, Sampaloc, Sta. Cruz, Recto and Sta. Mesa. A 10 minute drive brings you to the US Embassy, Rizal Park, Manila Cathedral, Intramuros and Fort Santiago. For shopping purposes, there is SM-Manila, Robinson?s Place in Ermita, SM Centerpoint in Sta Mesa. The condo is about 30 minutes drive away from the airport.
