Located on the top floor, this huge 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has unfettered views to the CBD, Botanical Gardens, Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge from every room.
Relax and unwind on the large terrace balcony and enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor table setting as you watch the activity below and listen to the hum of Australia's most beautiful city. At dusk, witness the migration of the flying foxes as they leave their nests in the Botanical Gardens in search of food.
On hot days enjoy a swim in the pool, take a dip in the spa or meditate in the sauna.

The apartment has a large newly installed designer galley kitchen with ample bench space. The kitchen contains quality inclusions of dishwasher, cook top and oven, microwave, cappuccino machine, stainless steel fridge and all kitchen ware. There is an additional full size fridge/freezer.
The living and dining area is very spacious and features a sound system, flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, workstation desk and phone system.
If you are driving or renting a car, the apartment has secure parking for 2 vehicles.
This apartment has two large bedrooms with king-sized beds. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with both shower cubical and separate bath. The second bedroom has wardrobes. The main bathroom is spacious with bath and separate shower cubicle. Both bedrooms open to the balcony.
Laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine, front loading drier, iron and ironing board.

The reason why we gave only two stars for 'Experience' is because of the keys, which need to be picked up 8 km away from the apartment in an office on a busy double lane street without visible parking spaces. Upon departure, guests are requested to leave their keys in the kitchen. However, they are needed to access the garage and for the roller door to open in order to exit with the car... It would be so much simpler if the owner came to an agreement with the staff at Reception in the building's lobby, adding stars in the process.
The noise from the local pubs and restaurants is pretty loud but it does not go on too late and closing the doors blocks out most of the noise.
Very comfortable beds .
Curtains are a bit tatty.
This is a great apartment in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.
It was lovely to sit on the wide balcony with a drink, enjoying the spectacular views of the city skyline rising impressively above the lush Botanic Gardens, with the Harbour Bridge and Opera House perfecting the vista.
On our first morning we walked through the Domain to the Andrew Boy Charlton Pool for a wonderful harbourside swim - highly recommended. The apartment location is very convenient, an easy and pleasant walk to the CBD, Kings Cross, parks and gardens.
This is a great choice for a uniquely, gloriously Sydney experience.
