Pasay

Pasay is the south of the city of Metro Manila. Metro Manila is the National Capital Region of the Philippines. After the American Colonial period, it has turned into a town. December to April is the best time to visit Pasay.

How to reach Pasay
To reach Pasay, you will have to take a flight to Manila; from manila international airport, you can take either a bus or yellow cab from the cabstand that is available at by all the airport terminals. Bus ride is available from terminal one and two not from terminal three. The cabs in the city centres are white and you are suggested to use the meter otherwise get the fare fixed and haggle for the lowest possible price. Jeepneys are also available outside Manila if you do not want to want to travel by bus or taxi.
Airport - The city partakes with the location of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport with Paranaque. Located in Pasay City are the Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, as well as the terminal of Manila Domestic Airport followed by Villamor Airbase of the Philippine Air Force.

- Nayong Pilipino Park: A theme park, like a replica of linguistic, cultural and racial groups.

Buses - Near the Buendia LRT station, Provincial bus terminals are mostly found. There is also a new bus terminal known as the Southwest Provincial Bus Terminal. It is found on Uniwide Coastal Mall, near to the Manila–Cavite Expressway.
Jeepneys - It can be easily spotted as is much frequent in serving the city populous area and nearby cities.
Railways - LRT Line 1 and MRT Line 3 are the two Railway Systems in the city. Taff Avenue, which is a station of MRT Line 3, that acts as an interchange with LRT Line 1.
Others - These include Tricycles, Pedi cabs and vans.

Tips for travel across Pasay
- The place is quite safe except for some areas. You must plan your trips armed with Google Maps. You can take tips from the hotel, as they are locals and therefore will definitely can help you in the best possible way.
- Hotel cars are usually expensive so you can avoid that by taking jeeps, cabs or buses otherwise if your pockets are deep, you can go for hotel cars.
