Check In and Check Out
- Our check in time is 1500 hrs and check out time is 1200 hrs. (Please kindly check with me if you have special request with the Check In/Out timing)
- Do produce your identification documents upon Check In. ( Passport with valid entry visa, Work Permit, etc)

Key & Access Card
- Room Key & Access Card will be issuing to you upon Check In. You need the access card for accessing the Main Gate & Lift. Penalty of S$100 will be imposed for the lost of each set of Key & Access Card.

Cleanliness
-For Everyone’s benefits, everyone needs to play their part to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.

Smoking
-Smoking is Strictly Prohibited inside the Room and Other Common Areas of the Apartment.

Guest Enjoyment
- Be considerate for the other guests in the apartment. Keep your volume down after 11 PM.
- No Parties & Gathering are allowed in the apartment. If you have visitors coming over, do inform me prior their visit.

Usage of Electrical Appliances
- Please kindly Switch Off all electrical appliances (Water Heater / Air Conditioner / Lighting / TV) when not in use to save electricity and protect our environment

Additional Guest
- We will be charging additional S$30 Per night for each Adult, S$15 Per night for each Kid (Below 7 Years old ).
