Welcome to our 2 bedroom apartment in Baga in the Beira Mar complex which is just opposite the road from the famous "Tito's" club and about 5 mins walk to the world famous Baga beach.

Baga is one of the most “happening” places in Goa and is a very popular tourist destination. It offers many options for the holiday goer including a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and night life. The famous Baga beach offers all kinds of water sports and beach shacks with a variety of economical cuisine. Or for those interested in a more relaxed holiday …. just lay back on the sun beds on the beach and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping the sea shore!

This well located unit is on the 2nd floor.There is no elevator in the building so may not be suitable for the elderly and infirm.
This property comprises 2 air conditioned bedrooms with double beds and wardrobe. Each bedroom also has an additional single sofa bed if required. It has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom and an additional makeshift bathroom in the toilet. There is a double sofa bed and 2 single sofa beds as well and a 6 seater dining table.

This self - catering apartment also comes with a fully functional kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster, frost free fridge, electric kettle and basic utensils and aquaguard water filter. There is a brand new 50 inch flat screen TV for our guest’s comfort.

The apartment is air conditioned and has an inverter back up.

There is a shared swimming pool in the resort.

This cosy and well located apartment accommodates up to 8 guests. It is the perfect place for a family vacation or for a small group that wants to be near the beach and clubs, share a good time and bond with each other.

Please note that recently the company that used to manage the complex has absconded so while the apartment itself is clean and tidy the exterior and grounds are in shabby condition. We have priced this property accordingly.
