This two bedroom fully furnished executive apartment is the epitome of city living. One of only three penthouses in the block it is located on the shores of Blackwattle Bay with Sydney's world famous seafood markets right on your doorstep together with an abundance of running and bike tracks, parks, pubs and fine cafes and restaurants.
The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms both with built in robes and water views. The main bedroom has an ensuite and opens to an expansive balcony where you can relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. The second bedroom is serviced by the main bathroom and has access to a balcony overlooking Anzac Bridge and Wentworth Park. There is a combined living and dining room opening to a study area and balcony. The apartment comes with TV, DVD, Foxtel and internet. There is a sofa bed for an extra two guests.
The modern gas kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and microwave. There is a large internal laundry room off the kitchen with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The building has security access with secure car parking and direct access to the apartment via the lift.
The complex has resort style amenities including heated pool, gymnasium, sauna and BBQ area.
Take a short stroll to the Fish Market, Darling Harbour and Harbour foreshore where there are renowned cafes and restaurants and it is just minutes to Sydney CBD, Powerhouse Museum, Maritime Museum and Entertainment Centre.

If you like your coffee in a sleek and minimalist environment, then head to Concrete. Softer lines can be found in the numerous cafes that are dotted around Harris Street. Local restaurants include a couple respectable Italian, pub food, Thai, Japanese and one of Sydney’s best exponents of Goan cuisine.
Schools, Education & Institutions
Within a brisk walk or short drive are fine private schools like Sydney Grammar and St Andrews, and State schools like Fort Street. Nearby you’ll also find the University of Technology and Sydney University.
In Pyrmont Square, is the memorial to the men who served in World War 1, and the houses of Ways Terrace designed by the Professor Leslie Wilkinson.
The recent significant increase in residents has bought local convenience stores back to Pyrmont. For more than the basics, there is the CBD close by for seriously indulgent shopping, and the Broadway Centre for supermarkets and specialty stores.
In Harris Street you’ll find a foodie ‘mecca’ in Simon Johnson’s emporium.
Sports and Fitness
Walking or jogging around Pyrmont will keep you in tune with the rapid changes to the suburb. For serious sweat, then head into the numerous gyms and Olympic pools of the CBD or nearby Balmain.
Distance from the CBD & Transportation
Pyrmont is 1.5km west of the CBD and a pleasant walk across the old Pyrmont Bridge. There privately operated ferries, water taxi and plenty of RTA buses to various destinations in the CBD.

Having a well equipped laundry was really handy.
The most amazing feature of this particular apartment was undoubtedly the views and the early morning breakfasts we had on the main balcony.
The property also has a great pool, spa, gym and sauna.
We will definitely be back to stay and will be recommending this apartment to family and friends.We had great communication from the apartment staff. They were excellent.
