When it comes to mild weather, Lisbon's got some of the best. You'll never have to worry about extremes at a Lisbon vacation rental. Winters can be a bit rainy, but summers are generally warm and dry. You'll see highs in the 70s and 80s in the summer months of June through September. Winters are pleasant, with lows in the mid-40s to low 50s from November to February, and highs often breaking 60 during the day. May and October can be wild cards—you never know if you'll get a taste of winter or summer.

Traveling to and around Lisbon

Fly into Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), the closest airport, located 4 mi (6.4 km) from the city center. If you can't find a flight that's convenient for your trip, you could also fly into Cascais (CAT), which is 11.6 mi (18.7 km) away.

If you're traveling by train, Rossio Station, Cais do Sodré Station and Santa Apolonia Station are the main stations that serve the city. You can see more of Lisbon by jumping on the metro at Praça da Figueira Stop, Rossio Station (Green) or Baixa-Chiado Station.
